Frequently Asked Questions

What you may wonder about consultation, appointments and treatment.

How can I book an appointment?add
You can book through our online appointment system by choosing a suitable date and time, or via the phone and WhatsApp line on our contact page.
What should I bring to my first visit?add
Bringing your ID, any previous tests and reports (ECG, echocardiography, angiography, blood tests), a list of your current medications and prior hospital discharge summaries will speed up the evaluation.
Should I fast before the visit?add
Fasting is not required for a standard cardiology consultation. However, it may be requested for planned blood tests or certain imaging studies; you will be informed when booking.
Which symptoms should prompt a cardiology visit?add
A cardiology evaluation is recommended for chest pain, palpitations, shortness of breath, fainting or dizziness, leg swelling, and uncontrolled high blood pressure.
Are the procedures performed without surgery?add
Many heart valve diseases and congenital heart defects can be treated with transcatheter (non-surgical) methods. Suitability is determined by the heart team's assessment.
Do you accept patients from other cities or abroad?add
Yes. A second opinion and preliminary assessment can be made based on your existing tests; when appropriate, an appointment is arranged for procedure planning.
When will I learn my results?add
After consultations and procedures, your findings are shared with you and necessary follow-up appointments are scheduled. Post-procedure follow-up is managed by our team.
